Lately I've been going through many blogs on the web to find something to base my site on.
I think its a fresh blog and like the writers style.
The topics on the site are my type of thing and I have been reading them with much interest. I can't decide if i should try to write posts like them or blog in my own style. Hmmm much to think about!!
Maybe my blog could be similar to this one with a bit of work? I don't know, what do you think?
With the recession and so many unemployed at the moment I have been thinking about people who have lost their jobs and are now very financially insecure. What would the options be to me if this were to happened to me. I am currently a homeowner so at least I could consider selling up.
One of the options that looks most promising would be to rent back. Out of all the websites visited I realised that most will not charge me any fees and would take care of most of the paperwork for me. That is great as paperwork is probably what got me into this mess in the first place.
I could get on with my life and not worry about financial stresses anymore with a scheme like this.
Property Reposession can be a frightening prospect not to mention the stress it would bring and the shame . Speaking with a good company that allows me to rent back will help me to avoid this. A good rent and buy back firm will recommend a solicitor and will pay the fees.
This is of course a relief for those who are struggling financially and means there will be no increased burden by having to pay out cash you cannot afford. I am very glad that I am not really in this position.
I have some extra time and I wanted to create a website to write about my random stuff I really don't have any idea what I am doing but I will blog about my journey here so that some one else can avoid or follow in my footsteps and laugh at me.
Oh well here goes!
